Drawings

A set of drawings was made on AutoSketch and appeared in The Funnel and Steam Leak in 2006

Final Product

      Manufactured from Bronze with a 1 1/4" Brass elbow

Initially mounted on the boiler and operated by a gate valve it deafened the occupants of the launch.

It is now mounted on the canopy just ahead of the whistle.

It is operated by a whistle valve fed by a flexible steam hose from the main whistle line.

The Sound

An ear splitting whoop of over 130dB
